iTunes U
University Communications coordinates content for inclusion on the iTunes U site and obtains permission and feedback from Apple and iTunes. UNL is the 38th university added to the iTunes U list. Along with MIT, Stanford, Yale, the University of Arizona, Duke and other colleges and universities, iTunes U offers feeds of lectures, classroom activities, performances, promotional video features, news and other information and entertainment.

UNL Virtual Tour
UNL 360 was built in combination with new 3D print maps that have been distributed around campus. The tour is partially built with Worldkit, a flexible GIS mapping application for the web.
Podcasts
The Office of University Communications at UNL provides a directory of UNL podcasts as well as develops the podcast feed, 'Major Addresses and Lectures.' These podcasts and vodcasts are updated continually.
Information and instructions on subscribing to University's podcasts can be found at http://www1.unl.edu/feeds/
Streaming Video and Audio
We can provide both audio and video streaming of events or lectures, and archived events can be made available as either a podcast or vodcast for audiences that aren't able to attend in person.
Flash Slideshows
We have created a variety of interactive flash slideshows, including a series for Admissions entitled "What It's Like." These pieces highlight student achievements in various fields and give a portrait of the campus through the viewpoint of a student, as well as the variety of activities that is has to offer.
Slideshows can be created with or without audio, and include a control bar that allows the viewer to pause the slideshow at any time and rewind or fast-forward through the piece.

Webcams
We maintain three different webcams on campus. Two are located in the Nebraska Union (Plaza and Rotunda) and one is located in the East Campus Union.
Tommy Lee Website
Created to serve as an informational (and fun) extension of the television show "Tommy Lee Goes To College," the Tommy Lee Comes To UNL is a multimedia-rich flash-based website that pulls together several technologies under a unified theme.
In addition general Admissions information and resources for news reporters, the site includes video of cast members, a chance for the user to do an audio remix of "There Is No Place Like Nebraska," an interactive map of campus, and a PHP/MySQL based poll.
Over the course of the series running length, the site received roughly ???? hits.
